Harborstaff operates as a recruiting and staffing coordination provider connecting candidates with client work opportunities. Harborstaff does not guarantee placement, assignment availability, or ongoing work opportunities.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to provide accurate information, communicate professionally, and comply with assignment expectations and client workplace requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for day-to-day supervision, workplace safety, operational direction, and assignment-specific training of assigned personnel.

5. Employer of Record Services

Employment administration, payroll, onboarding, benefits, and compliance services may be administered through Harborstaff’s Employer of Record partner, including FoxHire and affiliated providers.

6. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse Harborstaff’s website, forms, communications systems, or submitted information.

7. Intellectual Property

All Harborstaff branding, website content, graphics, logos, and materials remain the property of FLUX LLC dba Harborstaff unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Harborstaff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, staffing placements, assignment availability, or third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
